Touch Stay, founded in 2014, is a digital guest welcome book and content app for the lodging industry. Property managers and Airbnb hosts use Touch Stay in order to provide guest information in an easily accessible, and attractive form, with all content kept in a simple online location.

In 2018, Touch Stay announced a digital content partnership with an independent accommodation association in the UK, StayinBath.org. Through the partnership, members could easily connect with guests and provide accommodation information, discounts and incentives in ‘real-time’ for the city’s many independent retailers, attractions and restaurants. Touch Stay briefed us to create awareness around the initiative and the model of working with tourism associations and DMOs as a content management system.
Through the ‘mini’ campaign, we were able to gain international coverage for the initiative which highlighted key messages from both Touch Stay and the association. Since the launch, Touch Stay has subsequently developed a digital guide to the city of Bath, which can be accessed by members and has also developed its content marketing solutions beyond the original guest book.
