Jessica is the founder and director of Abode PR, an agency she started when she saw that there was a need for a specialist service for the growing short-term rental industry. She has over 20 years’ PR experience, and has worked with many brands in the travel and technology space.
She has been on the other side of the fence as the founder of Triptoes, an award-winning booking platform for accommodation in Canada, and a Guardian Startup of the year.
Jessica is a non-executive director sitting on the board of Visit Bath, the destination management organisation for the city of Bath and surrounding areas, which is a World Heritage Site and one of the world’s premier tourist destinations. She also writes and speaks regularly on topics related to the short-term rental industry.

Helen is an Account Manager at Abode PR. She has more than 10 years’ editorial and project management experience in the publishing industry where she specialised in working with big brands.
After a stint living in tech-hub Barcelona, she is now fully immersed in the dynamic short-term rental industry and is specialising in growing Abode’s media relations and content creation. Helen has a keen interest in all things property and loves to keep up with all the latest travel and tech developments.

Rob is a writer and evaluation specialist at Abode PR. He has been in B2B PR since 2002, working to promote blue-chip and start-up tech firms, as well as having his byline appear in three of the four UK national papers.
He now specialises in using data to understand campaigns – not just quantifying the effect of a campaign on a business, but to plan and/or adapt according to what will have the biggest chance of success.
Apart from playing with spreadsheets he loves trail running, and is never happier than when cold, muddy and out of breath, especially if it involves the woods, a mountain or a coastal path.
